With this in mind, the Strata Care Program was born.
In consultation with OC committees and various stakeholders, the program is designed to address every need. It is more than simply managing your property. It's caring for your property.
When you have an emergency maintenance requirement, and you're part of the Strata Care program, all you have to do is call us and one of Strata Care's tradespeople will attend to you within 1-2 hours of your call, carrying out either a full repair, temporary repair or make safe*
*In the event more work needs to be carried out for a complete fix, our tradespeople can provide an obligation-free quote upon request.
